Shadowlawn is "the best neighborhood at the beach" because of the people who call it home.

 

Our annual events include the annual Spring Fling outdoor party, outdoor movies, football nights at our favorite local restaurant, Shadowlawn Surf Club family beach nights, the Tour de Shadowlawn biking restaurant/bar crawl, and the infamous Halloween party and fall festival known as "Shadowfest." These events are paid for by your $25 annual donation in addition to the generosity of local neighborhood businesses.
