Happy Hour & Meeting

Join us for a much-anticipated meeting that will focus on the proposed plans for commercial development along the north side of Winston Salem Ave. which is currently zoned only for residential homes.

These plans also include filling of wetlands and many residents feel this goes against laws which specifically protect our area's wetlands. 

Our committee will present up-to-date information on the city's involvement, explain the decisions that have been made, what we can do to avoid flooding and drainage issues, maintain natural animal habitats, and preserve the integrity of Shadowlawn.
